The Daughters of Charity serve impoverished families in the Tablada Nueva neighborhood of Paraguay, providing economic, educational, and spiritual support. The Sisters run a school for children ages 4 to 16 and a center for vocation ministry and pastoral activities for the disadvantaged. An “open center” offers comprehensive help, including care, food, clothing, school, and psychological support for at-risk children and adolescents. The Sisters need a new vehicle to continue their essential work, as their current one is in complete disrepair, hindering their ability to visit families, transport food and medicine, and take children to school.
