The Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul in Central Africa have identified a critical need for the professional formation of their Sisters to ensure the continuity and quality of service to the poor across Rwanda, Burundi, and the Central African Republic. The issue stems from evolving forms of poverty and the requirement for enhanced skills in health, education, and other fields. The proposed solution involves providing university education to 20 Sisters. This project aims to empower the Sisters with the knowledge and skills necessary to better serve their communities while embodying their Vincentian charism.
