The Daughters of Charity have been serving in Carapeguá, Paraguay, for 63 years, aiding the poorest and most abandoned in society. They help manage the Virgen Poderosa School, which has 760 students, many from economically disadvantaged families. Due to an increase in the student population, the school has exceeded its current power contract, causing electrical overloads and frequent blackouts that damage equipment. The National Electricity Administration (ANDE) has notified the school of its irregular power situation, urgently requiring the installation of a 200 kV transformer to manage and distribute electricity safely, prevent fires, stop blackouts, and reduce electricity costs.
